Government IDs of the owner of the property.

Title

Proof of registration in Registration of Deeds

Certificate Authorizing Registration

As proof of registration to BIR

Tax Declaration

Proof of registration and payment in City Hall

Due Diligence Papers

CTC of Title

Certified True Copy of Title taken from the Register of Deeds

CTC of CAR

Certified True Copy of Certificate Authorizing Registration from Register of Deeds

Real Property Tax Receipt

Proof of payment to Real Property Taxes Previous and Current Year

Tax Clearance

Proof of payment to Real Property Taxes

Legal Documents

SPA

Special Power of Attorney in case seller or buyer is absent

Company Papers

GIS, Board Resolution and Secretary’s Certificate
